A-B-C Building Downstairs only Rooms: #127-162 Fee: $1295 & up* Rooms: #101-123 Fee: $795 & up*

Gem Center Fee: $1295 & up* Open Space Fee: $1295 & up*

D Building- Downstairs Rooms: #102-124 Fee: $1295 & up*

*= if paid in full before March 1, 2005. You will receive $100 off. After then, price is $1295.
50% down must be paid before Dec. 31, 2006 or a $200,00 late fee will apply.

Only Tables Outside.
(You are allowed
ONLY 15 Feet from room).

All other service charges and fees like cleaning, furniture removal, rollaway, safe deposit box and tables apply, according to contracts.

ROOM RENT - Package Deals

Rates during the Show: $99.95 Per Day Note: Above rates require a guaranteed reservation with two night non-refundable deposits. See item 18 & 19 in contract. PLEASE CONFIRM your arrival date 30 days in advance.

Gem Pavillion: Tent Booth Price: $1295 & up Tent space comes with carpet, 3 skirted tables, electrical outlet, security and shuttle service during the show. Maximum of 400 watts electricity provided.

SEPTEMBER SHOW

We encourage you to attend the September 2007 show for only $375.00, including room rent and show fee for 4 days only.

PARKING

No cars, U-Haul, Storage containers or Trailers without advance arrangements. You will be charged if we tow unauthorized parking.

INSURANCE

You are required to provide your own insurance, Globe-X is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your property.
